Do I Need To Purchase a Fishing License?
No, the fishing license is included with all fishing charters. You do not need to purchase a separate fishing license.
How Many People Can I Bring?
A maximum of six guests are allowed per trip.
Can We Keep The Fish We Catch?
Yes, you can keep any legal fish that you catch (except for sharks - sharks are catch and release only.) The Captain will clean and bag your fish for you to take home.
How Do Payments And Tips Work?
All trips must be paid for with a credit or debit card, but tips can be paid with cash.
A 50% deposit is required when booking your trip online or over the phone. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to pay your remaining balance online anytime before your trip. You can also use that link to pre-pay a tip, or simply tip your Captain in-person with cash (15%-20% gratuity is customary).
Is There A Bathroom On The Boat?
Yes, our 32 Sailfish vessel has a private bathroom available in the interior cabin.
Where Is The Boat Located (Pick-up/Drop off Location)?
All Flowing Water charters launch from the Adventure Marina (1201 B Miracle Strip Pkwy SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548)
What Time Should We Arrive?
We recommend arriving at the Adventure Marina 20 minutes early in order to park and walk down to the dock.
Where Do We Park?
We have a numbered parking space at Adventure Marina that is reserved for our guests. (Parking space assigned after booking confirmation)
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY?
- Full refund if you choose to cancel 72 hours before scheduled charter.
- No refund if you choose to cancel less than 72 hours before scheduled charter.
- Full refund if the Captain cancels before your scheduled charter due to unsafe water or weather conditions.
- For the safety of our captain and crew, customers who are verbally/physically aggressive and/or unreasonably rude upon arrival, or at any time during the trip, will immediately have their trip canceled with no refund.

What If I Need To Reschedule?
Similar to the cancellation policy, you have up to 72hrs before the start of your charter to request a reschedule. You can do so by emailing or calling us.
WHAT IF THERE ARE ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS?
Our charters go out rain or shine. However, if the Captain deems it unsafe to go out (i.e. high waves, high winds, thunderstorm, lightning, etc) we’ll give you full credit to use on a future trip, or you can choose a full refund*. Otherwise, the standard cancellation & refund policies will be in place.
